If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange the item within 14 business days from receiving your order.
You have to email us at email@example.com. In your request, please be sure to specify: First and last name of the purchaser, the order confirmation number, and the item code(s) for the articles you wish to return.
Our Customer Service Team will give all informations to proceed with the return.
Return shipping and handling costs are at your expense.
Once we’ve received the returned item(s) and confirmed that the merchandise shows no signs of use, wear, or damage, you’ll be contacted by our Customer Service Team, who will send you proof of reimbursement as soon as possible.
Rockyourmind will not reimburse items which are stolen or damaged during the return process.
Returned merchandise must meet the following conditions:
1 – Must not be used, worn, or washed
2 – Must be in its original packaging with the original labels and tags attached, and include the warranty certificate and any and all original parts/accessories
3 – The packaging must not show any signs of wear, scratches or other damage
If our Customer Service will accept your return request, you can choose the following solutions:
• Make the request to change size/colour of item(s) or make the request to change with an other item(s).
• Make a refund request.
